Eggs

Eggs are my best friend!  Okay, that’s not true…but I sure do love eggs.  They are filling, delicious, versatile and very keto-friendly.

Eggs are nearly the perfect keto food with 5g fat, 6 g protein and only 1g carb!  Eggs also have 65mg of sodium, which are helpful in keeping up vital maintenance of your electrolytes.

Here are a few of my favorite ways to enjoy eggs:

  • Scrambled with butter
  • Poached
  • Fried in bacon fat
  • Hard boiled
  • Deviled
  • In salad
  • As hollandaise sauce
